Pinja has appointed Hannu Kasurinen to its Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2026. Kasurinen brings decades of senior leadership experience from the global wood and forest industry. During his more than 30-year career at Stora Enso, Kasurinen held several senior leadership roles, including leading the company's Wood Products business and, most recently, its Packaging Materials division, as well as serving on the Group Leadership Team.
Pinja's ambition is clear: to be the number one software partner for the wood and forest industry in Europe, and ultimately, globally. Pinja's solutions already cover the full value chain, from standing trees and timber procurement through log reception, sawmill operations and solid wood production to sales and delivery, and are used by industrial leaders.
