Pinja sells Pinja Industry Oy, affiliates specialized in industrial planning services, and Pinja’s local company in China, to AFRY. From now on, Pinja will focus on services related to software and business intelligence. Pinja continues its steady growth in international industrial software markets.

The transaction consists of Pinja’s industrial planning, automation business, machine vision solutions and industrial testing system solutions. After the sale, Pinja will focus on industrial software solutions, tailored software development and business intelligence solutions, as well as consulting services related to them.
