Pinja has published its Sustainability Report 2025, highlighting how sustainability is built into customer solutions and everyday work. The key message is clear: Pinja’s impact is created by helping its customers run their operations more efficiently and sustainably.
By connecting data across planning, production and the supply chain, Pinja’s solutions bring clarity to complex processes and support better decision-making in everyday work. This improves resource use, reduces waste and enables more predictable operations.
“Our role is not only to develop solutions, but to help our customers put technology into practice and improve how their operations run in everyday work,” says Johannes Nikula, CHRO, People & Sustainability at Pinja.
Alongside customer impact, the report also highlights the continuous development of Pinja’s own operations. Data is used more systematically in everyday work, and solutions are developed in a more unified way. Pinja Fusion brings solutions together into a clearer structure, making it easier to use data consistently across operations. At the same time, artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of both customer solutions and internal work.
“We are developing our operations on multiple fronts, with sustainability as a key starting point. One concrete example is the reduction of our emissions: we have reduced our greenhouse gas emissions over the year, and energy consumption has also decreased,” Nikula continues.
