Pinja’s owner, Norvestor, has invited four experienced experts in international business to join Pinja’s Board of Directors. Lena Wäppling, Niklas Flyborg, Juho Lipsanen and Christer Wallberg are joining the board.

Lena Wäppling, a Swede living in Switzerland, has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, including various management positions at ABB and diverse expertise in a variety of industries. Lena has a specialist background in change management, international business development, and growth of innovation-focused companies.

Niklas Flyborg has more than 25 years of experience in management positions in Nordic-owned, international companies. He has held several CEO positions during his career, including the roles of CEO and Chairman of the Board at Cybercom. Today, Niklas acts as an advisor, investor and speaker. His specialities are service businesses and responsibility in the digital world.

Juho Lipsanen has decades of experience in management positions in international companies. He has previously worked as CEO of Telia and Alma Media in Finland, among other roles. Juho brings strong vision of the development of the global service business to Pinja’s Board of Directors.

Christer Wallberg from Sweden has extensive experience in the management, industry and services businesses of internationally operating software companies. His career has included roles as CEO of Tacton, among others. Christer has expertise in managing fast-growing businesses and stock exchange listing.

Pinja’s Board of Directors has a total of six members. It is chaired by Marika af Enehjelm, a partner at Norvestor. Marika has extensive experience in the world of business management, consulting and sustainable investing. In addition to Marika, Pinja’s main owner is represented in the board by Trond Bjørnøy, partner and co-founder of Norvestor.
