Gold Level Partnership is a guarantee of quality
The Gold Level Partner status is an annual award requiring strong competence and evidence of customer projects implemented with Microsoft products and technologies. To achieve the Gold Level Partner status, the company has to present five verified customer references and assessments of at least ten customers from a customer satisfaction survey of the partnership program.
In addition, the company must employ Microsoft certified experts. The Gold Level for software development requires four certified experts while two certified experts are necessary for Gold cloud platform competency. The certificates are awarded personally and must be annually renewed by passing demanding exams that measure the width and depth of proficiency in Microsoft technologies.
