Pinja and Kuntien Tiera Oy have signed an agreement on the maintenance and development of the Parasta Palvelua service voucher and purchase service system. The agreement is worth EUR 1 million annually and, to start with, valid for 10 years.
On 26 August, Tiera and Pinja signed an agreement based on a recent tendering. The agreement covers the maintenance, support, processing of service requests, and development of the environment related to the service voucher and purchased service system.
Pinja has implemented the environment where Tiera’s system, used by millions of Finns, operates. Pinja is responsible for the further development of the system and for handling support and service requests.
Pinja wants to partner with Tiera to develop a more accessible digital society for Finns. Pinja’s strong expertise from digitalising public-sector services and service-sector companies’ business operations gives us stability and reliability to implement Tiera’s Parasta Palvelua service promise.
– We want to offer our customers a high-quality service voucher and purchase service system and, together with Pinja, we can offer quality development work and the security of a continued service. We are constantly developing the system to correspond to the service provider’s, service producer’s, and residents’ needs, says Kati Penttilä-Kokko, who is responsible for Tiera’s business operations.
