Software company Pinja is acquiring Jubic, a specialist company for software solutions and analytics for industry. The acquisition further strengthens Pinja’s service offering and allows it to open new positions in the Ostrobothnia region in Finland.

Our acquisition of Jubic gives a further boost to our ability to serve clients who operate on an international scale and are seeking to renew their supply chain, production and distribution. Jubic combines in-depth understanding of clients’ business, cloud-native software development and solid analytics expertise,” says Pinja CEO Veli-Matti Nurminen.
New job openings
Jubic provides software and analytics solutions for the purposes of procurement, design, manufacture, supply and quality control in industry. The company’s turnover will be approximately 1.3 million euros in 2022, and it employs 16 people in Vaasa, Finland.
“Joining Pinja shifts us to a higher gear. We will be able to serve our customers with a wider range of services and provide them with new ideas, while also offering our experts new opportunities for development,” says Jubic CEO Matti Rita-Kasari.

After the acquisition, Pinja will employ approximately 550 experts. Pinja is a leading provider of SaaS software solutions in its market area, in fields such as the forest industry, the manufacturing industry, circular economy, bioenergy and vehicle inspection.
