Students from four different student associations were able to vote for the most attractive employer, at the seminar “Growing ICT businesses in Central Finland” held in Jyväskylä. 30 businesses were invited to this event. With regard to their future job and workplace, the students considered the following to be the most important characteristics: a flexible working environment and a good work atmosphere, interesting tasks and a suitable level of challenge, as well as the possibilities for self-development and career opportunities.

During the day, each company presented a 2-minute pitch, and the student jury selected the best. The event also included participation in three group discussions, which also involved other companies, students, and representatives of the City of Jyväskylä. In a tight competition, Pinja was voted as the winner, as the students considered it to be the most attractive employer, providing the most career and work opportunities.
