Pinja now takes care of virtually the entire IT segment of IdHAIR. The multifilament structure consisting of seven service providers has reduced to three. Pinja is responsible for the total service as well as operator contacts. One of the advantages is also that we can receive local service throughout Finland, as both we and Pinja have representatives in several locations”, says Ms. Lievonen.
